Discover Body Talk Techniques

When you work with intuition and somatic movement, you unlock the secret language of your body and discover how it guides you every day!

Your body is more than skin and bones- it's a living map of memory, intuition and wisdom. In this experiential class, you will be guided to tune into your body's subtle signals, through gentle practices, reflection, and guided exploration. By the end of this
session you will not only feel a stronger connection to yourself, but you will walk away with practical tools to access your body's guidance anytime you need direction, peace, or clarity. This is an opportunity to slow down, listen and feel the body's wisdom in a
soulful and grounded way!
