Join us for a peaceful summer escape on the water. This free-flowing, soul-soothing event blends the joy of a leisurely river float with the deep relaxation of a live sound bath, set right on the water. Whether you're paddling solo or joining with friends, expect connection, calm, and a gentle reset in nature. ✨

This gathering is free to attend, but participants must register separately to rent a kayak, SUP, or shuttle through our friends at Nantahala Outdoor Center (NOC).

Info: If you are renting a floatation device through NOC, meet us at Azalea Park to retrieve your float and be shuttled up to our starting point at Don White. (If you are bringing your own float, you are welcome to either meet us at Azalea park and be shuttled at the start of the float, or you can meet us at 12:00 at Don White and be shuttled back at the end.)

Info: We will get in the river at NOC - Don White to start our float (as close to 12:00 as possible).

Info: We will pull off on a small island on the river for our sound bath. You can either pull up on shore or tie your float to others in the group to keep from floating away during this peaceful, meditative experience.

Info: We will get out of the river at Azalea Park close to 2:30. If you rented a float from this location, you will return it, and be back where you parked. If you meet us at Don White (with your own float), you can pay to ride the NOC shuttle back to Don White.
