Through guided meditation, intuitive teaching, reflective journaling, and heartfelt integration, you’ll explore the energy you’ve inherited and consciously choose what you carry forward.
This experience is designed to help you lovingly let go of ancestral energies, beliefs, or roles that feel limiting or outdated. You’ll then be guided to invite in the presence of spiritually aligned ancestors and guides, those who walk with you in full support of your growth, freedom, and truth.
Whether you’re deeply connected to your family history or have no idea where your roots lie, this class is for anyone ready to feel lighter, clearer, and more at peace. Ancestral energy is more than DNA, it’s spiritual, intuitive, and available to everyone.
We’ll close with practices to help you anchor into your authentic self, affirm your personal truth, and remember that you are not here to repeat the past, you are here to evolve it.

Crissy Hester is a seasoned spiritual teacher, intuitive healer, and sound practitioner with over two decades of experience in personal transformation and holistic wellness. Her work is rooted in mindfulness, energy healing, and spiritual insight—infused with compassion, humor, and a deeply grounded sense of purpose.
Crissy began her journey into meditation and healing over 20 years ago, turning inward during a time of personal loss after the passing of her brother, then both parents. What began as a path to self-healing evolved into a lifelong vocation. As her practice deepened, even her own teachers began turning to her for insight and encouragement, ultimately inspiring her to step into the role of teacher and guide.
She has worked with hundreds of clients across the Atlanta area and beyond, offering private sessions, classes, workshops, and large group events. Crissy is an ordained minister, Reiki Master, psychic medium, certified life coach, and a highly trained meditation instructor with certifications in sound healing, hypnosis, arts therapy, and mindfulness-based therapies. Her studies include training with renowned teachers such as Tara Brach, Byron Katie, Jonathan Foust, and Dr. Brian Weiss, as well as advanced consciousness studies through The Monroe Institute and The Silva Method. She has also attended silent meditation retreats for over two decades.
Since 2015, Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center, where she continues to offer her gifts as both a healer and teacher.
Known for her deeply intuitive and heart-centered approach, Crissy blends ancient wisdom with practical tools, guiding clients through spiritual awakening, emotional healing, and manifestation. She incorporates crystal singing bowls, chakra balancing, guided visualizations, angelic guidance, and messages from the spirit realm in her sessions.
Whether through one-on-one work or leading transformational sound baths, Crissy empowers others to connect with their inner truth, release what no longer serves, and awaken their authentic power.
