Celebrating 35 years!

Join us for an evening of theatre on the spot based on personal stories from audience members. What's happening in your life? What are you recalling from the past? How is the world affecting you right now? How are you affecting the world? We enact these stories to weave a vivid tapestry of meaning, bringing us together as neighbors, not strangers.

This show marks the 35th anniversary of our company! Since our founding in 1990, we've served countless audiences in theatres, schools, community centers, migrant labor camps, conferences, and more. We've performed by invitation in major US cities as well as abroad. We've carried out projects such as Immigrant Stories (over 100 bilingual shows for our immigrant neighbors) and No More Bullying (serving tens of thousands of schoolchildren). Our work has been a model for other Playback Theatre groups around the world.
