TMN Mindful Nature Walk

Join us for a guided 90-minute mindful nature walk in the park as we slow down, sense and savor the natural world around us while practicing mindful movement, mindful breathing, sensory awareness, and nature meditation.

There will be a Nature Story Time for children and families at the butterfly garden from 11am-12pm.

LOCATION: We will meet at the stone archway entrance of the park next to the parking area and bathrooms.

BRING: weather-appropriate clothing, including sturdy footwear, water, spray as needed.

NOTE: In the event of inclement weather, the event will be cancelled.
