Hey y’all! Welcome to Fort Bend County LGBTQIA+ Community’s first game night!! We are so incredibly excited to be able to have a way for local community to come together in a safe space. Allies are very welcome to join! Family friendly!

Be aware this is a small venue so we will be limited to 45 people; RSVP’ing is preferred so we can know how many we are expecting and to see if we need to figure out a back up plan if we’re going to exceed our limit.

This game night was made possible by generous donations! We are hoping to have enough funds leftover to do another game night so we are looking for dinner/snack food items, drinks, games (used is great!), small prizes for games, etc. If donating speaks to you please reach out to our admin team. ❤️
DETAILS:
We will be bringing a mix of games; board games, card games, word games, mini bowling set, puzzles, dominos, etc. Looking into making/buying a cornhole/bean bag toss game. Feel free to bring your favorite game to play! (We’re not responsible for lost or broken games. We suggest labeling with your name and/or putting it up if you don’t want it played with by others.)
We are keeping food allergies/restrictions in mind as much as possible; we are going to try to have multiple options to accommodate those that are vegetarian or gluten free. We will have several non-alcoholic drinks available!
All parking in downtown Rosenberg is free! Parking is less than a block away, do not park in front of the Pink Macaron or in the alley/lot next door.
Closest parking is:
-On side next to street of Main Event Signs
-Bar Code hair salon
Or
-Use safety crosswalks; across the street at furniture store
-2 blocks away there is a community parking lot by railroad

We don’t want this to alert anyone upon arrival to the event: We are in talks with setting up private security; we have not had any issues come up but are doing this out of an abundance of caution. They will simply be there, outside more than likely, to keep an eye out for anything suspicious while we can have fun inside.
