Bikes & Hikes

Here is your invitation to join in on some outdoor cross-training over the fall and winter months.

It's pretty simple and self-explanatory when looking at the event title. A series of separate events that will center around biking & hiking, which will take place at various scenic locations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with the goal of keeping active and maintaining health & fitness levels as the paddling season closes for many. Bicycle events will consist of rides between 15-20 miles and hiking to include upwards of 4-8 miles worth of trekking. Oh, and by the way, I will be including navigational education and challenges as part of each excursion.

The first outing will be bicycling on the beautiful Delaware River.
