For South Asian, Brown, and BIPOC adults seeking to feel more whole and authentic.
Growing up between cultures can be both enriching and challenging. Many bicultural adults find themselves constantly adjusting, showing certain parts of themselves in one environment, and hiding others in another. Over time, this can lead to feeling unsure of who you truly are, or feeling like you’re never fully “enough” in any space.
If you’ve often felt responsible for the well-being of others, avoided sharing your true thoughts to keep the peace, or found it hard to make decisions without second-guessing yourself, you’re not alone. You may notice that you:
This 12-week online support group offers a safe, culturally aware space to:
Explore the impact of bicultural identity and family expectations on your sense of self
Learn practical skills for setting healthy boundaries
Build awareness of people-pleasing and self-erasure patterns
Practice expressing your needs without guilt or fear
Connect with others who share similar lived experiences and cultural backgrounds
You deserve to feel at home in yourself — without the constant pressure to perform, please, or adapt. This group is a space to reconnect with your authentic self, honor your cultural heritage, and create relationships where you can be fully seen.
