CCBC Essex Academic Theatre presents The Brothers Size
By Tarell Alvin McCraney
Directed by Jen Rabbitt Ring
From the award-winning writer of Moonlight comes The Brothers Size—a gripping story of belonging and brotherhood. Ogun, a hardworking mechanic with a broken heart, lives with his aimless younger brother, Oshoosi, just out of prison. But when Oshoosi’s former cellmate, Elegba, reappears, Ogun’s loyalty is pushed to the limit. Rooted in Yoruba mythology and rich with poetry and ritual, this is theatre that’s both powerful and unforgettable.
