At this event, Leana will be sharing the ancient Himalayan practice of Sukshma--powerful, effective, & truly a path to activate your own self-healing capacity. "The Sukshma Method" Precise movements with breath & sound meditation to restore the energy flow throughout every system in your body and to heighten your ability to self-heal. Some of the benefits of Sukshma include: *increased creativity *mental clarity *relieved stress *healing pain & reducing pain from past injuries *positive mood booster *hormonal balance *strengthened immune system *strengthened Faith in Self, Life, & God *more ease, flow, & grace in life
Using Empyrean crystal bowls and Himalayan singing bowls, along with other instruments, Amy will lead the sound bath. Sound has the ability to affect every cell of our bodies, and awaken and activate alpha and theta states for a deeper level of healing.

Leana Randol is a 300+ hour Certified Naam Yoga teacher, Harmonyum Healing Practitioner, and Reflexology Therapist. Her life experience as a professional ice skater, preschool teacher, and mother of two boys has inspired her and led her to Naam and healing. Leana is dedicated to sharing the wisdom and methods of Naam as a path to radiant health. She believes, "Every day is a gift to create a life you love with joy and purpose."
Amy Andrews is a certified Sound Healer from The Center of Light Institute and a Reiki Master at Sound of Change. She is the mother of two boys and the owner of The Vortex Center, which focuses on whole body, mind, and spirit wellness, as well as bringing people together in uplifting connection. Amy is inspired by her children to be better every day in every way.
