She holds a master’s degree in social work and is a Ph.D. candidate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. With a background spanning mental health, clinical therapy, and organizational consulting, Kelsea helps high-achieving professionals create aligned, sustainable careers by translating values into practical, everyday decisions. She has worked with hundreds of organizations and collaborated with brands and institutions, including the Association for Talent Development, Urban Decay, Cox Business, Girlboss, WSCPA, Trent University, and the University of TN and University of Arizona.
