Our CorePlus team is teaming up with 9FOR9 to raise awareness for the 9 lives we lose to suicide each day in Australia and raise money for batyr; a preventative youth mental health charity.

Today's class is Hot Strength Cardio Pilates. The strategic and low-impact cardio dials up the intensity and elevates the heart rate. This class really is the best of both the strength and cardio worlds, and doing it consistently will test and improve your fitness. While it’s known to be one of our more challenging classes, modifications are always on offer, so whether you’re a Hot Strength Cardio regular, or just starting out, this is a class you’ll remember.
