Spar Wars is the proving ground where Sydney’s top pros and emerging amateurs test themselves in real rounds.

Featuring Paulo “Sweet P”, Tonga Antman, Paul Trainer, Kalani, Mahoni and other top-level fighters putting it all on the line.

Hosted at Pad Flow Gym, Spar Wars brings together the city’s boxing community for a day of raw energy, respect, and pure skill. The best rounds are usually found in sparring — now you get to witness them.
