Choose a Crystal – Sound Journey 💎🎶
You’re invited into a gentle, soul-nourishing Crystal Healing Sound Journey.
At the beginning of the session, you’ll be guided to intuitively choose a crystal, the one that feels right for you in that moment. The one that chooses YOU. This crystal will stay with you throughout the journey, offering quiet support as you rest 🥰
You’ll then be guided into a calming sound bath using crystal singing bowls, soft intuitive sounds, and Reiki energy. The intention is simple: to create space for your body to soften, your breath to slow, and your energy to settle 😌
There’s nothing to do and nowhere to go.
Just lie down, listen, and allow yourself to be held by crystal energy and sound 💎🎶
Each person’s experience is unique. Some feel deeply relaxed, others feel clarity or emotional release, and some simply enjoy a sense of peace and stillness 🕊️
Please bring:
A thick yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, and anything else that helps you feel as comfortable and supported as possible 🥰
