Limonchello Trifle with Chef Nguyet

Come spend the afternoon with us at Raffaldini Vineyards learning how to make a Limonchello Trifle. Chef Nguyet, owner of Nougat Desserts, will walk you through each delicious step while you sip wine and snack on some tasty bites. Chef Nguyet specializes in classic European techniques and she is the winner of numerous awards in national and international competitions, including medaling in the Culinary Olympics representing New York City.

Your ticket includes the demo, recipe cards, a serving of Limonchello Trifle, small bites, and of course, wine.

Class begins at 1:00 PM on Sunday, August 31st, 2025, in the Fattoria. Spots are limited, so grab yours before they’re gone!
