Join us for our free, adult-focused, family-friendly Mental Health Fun Day.
We will have free mindful activities and games for kids and adults, comfort food and raffles for purchase, live music, and more!
From 2017 to 2022 we hosted an annual event to help remind people to de-stress and spend time with loved ones out in nature. We are back this year! Help us make 2025 bigger and better than ever!
The money raised from sponsors, donations, and the raffles will go towards our mission of supporting mental well-being by providing resources, fostering open communication, and celebrating resilience.
