RIDER EXERCISE CLASS

Rider Exercise class- every Tuesday 10.30am

A Physiotherapy led fun class for all levels of Rider. Run by experienced ACPAT reg Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in Horse/ Rider Performance.

Incorporating a range of exercises to improve strength, balance & postural control to help your position & effectiveness in the saddle.
