- Learn the importance of breath in creating sound
- Explore how different frequencies affect the body
- Play with percussion instruments
- Finish with a blissful 40–50 min Sound Relaxation Experience with gongs, bowls, and chimes

🧘‍♀️ Please bring: a mat, blanket, and/or pillow for the sound bath, plus water and optional snacks. We’ll provide herbal teas & sweet treats.
