We are excited to bring you our fermentation class with guest chef Amy Levin. This class is aimed for those who wish to focus on perfecting confidence in fermented foods.

Our class will comprise of:

Fermentation class, learn everything there is to know about fermented foods, why they are so good for you and how to make your own Cucumber kimchi, salsa and kraut under the expert guidance of guest chef Amy Levin.

After this we will relax and enjoy a fresh and tasty lunch together.

What to bring:
3x jars holding 500ml minimum to take home your fermentations.
