Mommy & Me Yoga (6 weeks-3 years)

This special yoga class is specifically designed for moms, babies & toddlers.
This informal yoga class offers moms a chance to reconnect with their yoga practice, providing them with a unique opportunity to spend quality time with their babies and toddlers. PLUS! This class will also allow new moms to spend time with other mothers.
The class includes breathing exercises, poses to help restore strength and flexibility, and time for bonding between mom and child.
Please bring a blanket for your child.
This class is very informal...babies and toddlers will cry, laugh, eat, sleep, and poop. The class is limited to 10.
The cost for all weeks is $42.
Class taught by Nicole Hayman-Sherman, Grand Master of yoga, ERYT500, Registered Children's and Prenatal Yoga Teacher
