The Warrior’s Threshold is a 90-minute, body-led breathwork journey supported by steady shamanic drumming and rhythm. Held fortnightly on Thursday evenings, this trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork experience is designed to help you release built-up tension, move stored emotion, and return to a grounded, steady state.
You’ll be guided into a safe, supportive environment where you are always in control. There is no pressure to push or perform — you’re invited to follow your body’s pace, breathing as deeply or gently as feels right for you.
Through breath, rhythm, and intention, this session supports:
• Emotional and physical release
• Nervous system reset and grounding
• Reconnection with your inner resilience
• A sense of clarity, strength, and presence
