Join our Pet Costume Contest at the Rolla Public Library! Get ready to showcase your furry friends in their finest Halloween attire—whether they’re a cuddly pumpkin or a mischievous ghost, we want to see their creativity shine! You can submit your pet’s costume photos by emailing or messaging us on Facebook at Rolla Public Library before 7pm on October 31st. Voting for winners will take place from October 31st to November 7th at 8 PM, with winners announced on Friday, November 8th. Don’t miss this chance to celebrate Halloween with your pets and win some fantastic prizes. We can’t wait to see all the adorable costumes!
