Looking for a gentle way to slow down, move your body, and breathe a little easier? Join us for Meditation & Movement, a beginner-friendly group led by volunteer Chris Feaster.

🧘 Thursdays | 1–2pm
📍 LGBTQ+ Rolla Center (514 C Ft Wyman Rd)

We’ll share easy, accessible movements followed by a calming meditation. No experience needed—just come as you are.

💖 Ages 14+ | LGBTQ+ affirming space
👕 Comfortable clothing & a water bottle recommended
