Yoga 101 Beginners Workshop

Have you ever wanted to try yoga but didn’t know where to start? Look no further than this beginner-friendly workshop!

Ashleigh will guide you through yoga class etiquette and customs, then break down the basic poses you’re most likely to encounter in a class at hOMe. Afterward, she’ll help you choose the right classes from our schedule based on your current abilities and personal goals.
