Spring Equinox Celebration

Join Dani and Kara for a nourishing Spring Equinox gathering to welcome balance, renewal, and fresh beginnings. This evening is designed to help you reset your energy and intentionally step into the new season through movement, reflection, and creative expression.

We’ll begin with yoga and guided meditation to release winter’s heaviness and create space for what’s ready to grow. From there, we’ll move into intentional bracelet-making, crafting a wearable reminder of what you’re calling in this spring. Light refreshments will be available as we close the evening in community.

Please bring:
• A journal and something to write with
• Water bottle

Yoga mats are provided.
No prior yoga or meditation experience needed, come as you are.
