Farm to Fork: Harevest Gatherings

We’re thrilled to announce our upcoming partnership with Chef Aaron Holt of Doolittle Farm for an unforgettable Farm to Fork dining experience on October 9 2025 at The Rustic Rose Barn. Chef Holt—recognized as Iowa Restaurant Association’s Chef of the Year in 2018—brings a passion for hyper-local seasonal ingredients grown right on his family farm. This year he earned first place in the 2024 Iowa Beef Council Chef Competition also receiving top honors for Best Use of Local Ingredients. He was also awarded the People’s Choice Award at the 2022 Morsel Combat competition. Together we’ll be creating a locally-sourced chef-curated meal in a beautiful rural setting.
