I work with women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who want to feel steady, confident, and like themselves again—whether that means navigating perimenopause or menopause, learning to fuel while using GLP-1 medications, or finding more energy for running and active life.
As a certified Nutrition Coach (Pn1, Precision Nutrition) and Menopause Coaching Specialist, I offer flexible, habit-based strategies that fit real life. Together, we focus on food, sleep, stress, and movement—the foundations that support hormonal health and lasting energy.
My own wellness journey started in my 30s, when I discovered food intolerances and began changing my diet to feel better. That one shift led to another—more movement, better energy, and eventually a love of running (thanks to Jasmine, my energetic pup at the time).
Since then, I’ve completed everything from 5Ks to 50Ks, and I now combine my passion for nutrition, movement, and mindset to support women through one of life’s biggest transitions.
These days, Jasmine is retired from running but still enjoys our daily walks—and I still believe a healthy life should feel doable, not perfect.
