Finding Your Roots: Pelvic Floor Health for Pregnancy, Childbirth, and Postpartum

Join us for a special afternoon with Erin Baird, PT, DPT and Chelsea Waldkirch, PT, DPT, PRPC from Renew Physical Therapy. Erin is a pelvic floor physical therapist and certified pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist with 18 years of experience. Chelsea is a certified pelvic rehabilitation practitioner with 9 years of experience. Pregnancy, birth and postpartum being specific challenges and changes to the pelvic floor. We will discuss the pelvic floor and why it is so important--and often overlooked- during childbearing years. Come prepared to dive into how to prepare your pelvic flood for pushing during childbirth and how to support your pelvic floor postpartum with hands-on exercises and expert guidance.
