2025 Murph Challenge

Memorial Day Murph Challenge
1 Mile Run - 100 Pull-ups - 200 Push-ups - 300 Squats - 1 Mile Run
Heat Times:
8 AM | 9 AM | 10 AM | 11 AM | 5 PM | 6PM Heat Times

Cost: FREE TO PARTICIPATE $20.00 (Includes event T-shirt)

Join us this Memorial Day as we perform our annual Memorial Day Murph Challenge! This is event is open for all YMCA of Greater Spartanburg members and guests. We plan to hold 6 heats that morning and finish up with a barbecue cookout and a dip in our outdoor pool! All participants must register online. We will have workout modification options for all levels. We hope to see you there!
