Key Vendor Details
Arrival & Setup:
Vendor Check-In: 8:00 AM – 8:45 AM
Setup Deadline: 9:00 AM
Check-In Location: Inside the auditorium
Parking: Accessible vendor unloading area available; in front of the doors to the auditorium
Booth/Station Assignments:
Vendors will be assigned to one of the following zones:
Zone 1: Partners and Employers
- Showcase vocational, independent living, housing, healthcare, therapy, and assistive technology resources.
- Provide job overviews and company info.
- Engage directly with potential candidates and families.
Zone 3: Services & Resources
- Spark Team
- EIPD
- DMH
- Trillium
What to Bring:
- Branded tablecloth and signage (if desired)
- Informational handouts, brochures, or display materials
- Any interactive materials or equipment for demonstrations
- Extension cords/power strips if you require electricity
- Any necessary accommodations supplies (seating, visuals, etc.)
Provided by Organizers:
- One table and 2 chairs per vendor
- Access to Wi-Fi
- Name tags and welcome materials
- Accessible booth layout and directional signage
- Volunteer assistance as needed

1:00–1:30 PM – Vendor Breakdown and Load
Accessibility & Inclusion Notes:
- The venue is fully wheelchair-accessible.
- Please keep pathways between tables open and uncluttered.
- Large print materials, ASL support, and sensory-friendly options will be available.
- A Quiet room is available for people with sensory issues. Vendors will be notified if someone is in the Quiet room who would like information regarding services.
- Vendors are encouraged to communicate clearly and offer flexible pacing.
Post-Event:
- You may begin breakdown at 1:00 PM (not before)
- We’ll follow up with post-event insights and thank-you communications
- If you collect leads or schedule follow-ups, please inform our team to help with ongoing support
