Bridging the Gaps: Enhancing Awareness & Connectivity for Food Resources

Join us on September 30, 2025 from 5:30–7:00 PM at Down East Partnership for Children (215 Lexington St, Rocky Mount, NC) for a community conversation on food access amid SNAP funding cuts.

This event will:

✅ Spotlight the work of Just Foods, DEPC, and other partners — and show YOU how to get involved in food advocacy

DEPC has long been a cornerstone for families in Edgecombe and Nash Counties, supporting early childhood development, family literacy, and community health initiatives. Events like these are integral to building partnerships, redirecting folks to vital resources, strengthening community connections, and raising awareness when it matters most.
