Winter is here and we are hosting several different classes at the Rockwood Trail House in February.
Hands Off Sour Dough Bread Making Saturday February 7 - 1 pm. Learn how to feed, refresh, and best of all make your own sour dough breads. Learning the little tricks to make it fun and easy.
Come and experience our local experiences with first class knowledge in teaching and sharing her skills in these areas with Darci Sanner. Her knowledge of honey, bees, sour dough bread, and Meade are priceless and you won’t find anyone with better understanding and wanting to share her experiences. Each class is $35. Book your class.
