Women's Contemplative Coffee Gathering

Do you want to be more attuned to God’s voice and experience God in your day-to-day?

If so, join us at the Women’s Contemplative Coffee Gathering for a time of slowing down! You’ll learn how to create healthy rhythms that nourish the soul and deepen your awareness of God’s presence in your daily life. Certified Spiritual Director LaSaundra Gibson will share contemplative soul-care practices to help you pause, breathe, and be present.

Our Western culture of busyness can keep us distracted, leaving little space to be attentive to God, ourselves, and others. Contemplative practices can help you create spaciousness–rhythms of stillness and rest that model Jesus’s way of being in the world.

*Please bring a journal and something to write with.

*I am passionate about spiritual formation and feel called to create space for people to experience God’s presence in their daily lives. While I’m hosting this gathering for free, I hope to do more contemplative events. When you attend, I’ll share ways you can support me and my ministry efforts.
