Mission School for Korean American Baptist Lay Leaders

Greetings!

The International Mission Board (IMB) would like to invite the Lay Leaders of the Korean American Southern Baptist Fellowships to the Mission School for Korean Baptist Lay Leaders. The dates for this gathering are November 11 - 13, 2025.

Thru this collaborative experience, we will be teaming up as partners in moving forward to carry out the Great Commission. Together we hope to accomplish the following goals and objectives:

• Connect key Asian American lay leaders with the IMB and its leadership

• Create awareness of Asian American churches with the IMB for potential partnerships and mobilization

• Promote greater Asian American involvement within the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) and specifically with the IMB.

• Provide feedback and thoughts to IMB executive leadership while also learning more about the IMB

During this Mission School, you will receive a tour of the IMB training facilities known as the International Learning Center (ILC). This will include the administrative offices, meeting with various teams, insight on IMB initiatives, and joining IMB leadership for lunch.

The IMB will cover all lodging and food costs. The only expense for you or your church will be for travel to Richmond.
