Monday at 6:30pm with Jamie!

This class is complimentary and all Centre Pointe Residents are welcome. Where Yoga is designed for everyBODY, no experience is required.
Please wear comfortable loose fitting clothes and remember to bring a mat.

This class will be held at under the covered seating area outside the Clubhouse.

We ask that you please do not disturb the class during this time.
