Presented by Nonprofit Live Inspired Brevard, a support and wellness community for people affected by chronic health conditions. The lymphatic system plays an important role in healing the body from chronic illness and pain, yet is the least talked about system in the body in conventional medicine. Heather Leah, owner of Nurturing Sol Healing Arts, is a lymphatic specialist, mind-body coach, and therapeutic yoga instructor that specializes in healing chronic illness and pain related health conditions. As someone who has healed from lyme disease, Heather understands the challenges her clients experience and the role the lymphatic system plays in healing the body. She will teach you about the anatomy of the lymphatic system and simple techniques you can use at home to stay healthy and detox daily. She will also share the role that yoga plays in supporting the nervous system and the lymphatic system so the body can heals.
We will also be joined by Space Coast Lymphedema to explain lymphedema therapy and answer your questions.

Most Tuesdays evenings are a monthly breast cancer support group. Guest speaker topics are often open to others in the community who can benefit.
Live Inspired Brevard is very excited to announce our newest support group for those in the community who suffer from chronic pain and other chronic issues related to cancer and other illnesses. We plan to gather one Monday of every month to share our stories, express our concerns, learn coping techniques, and gain support from others who deal with similar challenges.
