Women's Self Defense Workshop

What are you doing for your next GNO (Girl's Night Out)? Come learn basic yet effective self-defense moves taught in part by our female adult students including how to escape common grabs and holds in a positive, fun and empowering environment!!! This introductory workshop is perfect for beginners with no previous experience, or as a "refresher" for those who have taken the class in the past. Invite a friend, daughter, niece, granddaughter, sister, or neighbor to join you in learning new skills. Come replace fear with knowledge, training and confidence!

Cost: $12.00 per participant each! All registration fees will be donated to a local women’s shelter.
