October 2025 Joint Point Sparring Workout

Join us for this fun joint competition sparring practice for the students!! This practice is for competition team members only from the various martial arts schools. Please bring water and your sparring gear. The practice runs from 1:30-3:30 P.M. for all ages and ranks.

Different from prior workouts, this workout time period will focus solely on point fighting drills and sparring. Tae Kwon Do sparring will be earlier at 11:30 A.M., students may do both sessions.

All participants are being asked to please arrive about 10-15 minutes early to stretch out. All participants should be on time at the start of the workout and participate in both the drills and sparring.

The address is 342 Union Street in Rockland, MA. There is parking in the parking lot and along Union and Pacific Street.
