Experience a Sound Bath

On Saturday, January 31, from 3:00-4:00 PM, come to the First Universalist Church in Rockland, 345 Broadway, to experience a sound bath.
Angela Hunt, a sound practitioner, will use crystal singing bowls to produce sound that helps to reduce stress and tension in the body, move emotions, and connect to spirit.

This is open to all ages and abilities. Registration is required.
