Buddy Board Breaking Class 2025

Do you want to show off your board breaking skills with your friend? Maybe prepare for the August tournament?

On Saturday August 9th from 12:30 P.M.-1:15 P.M., we are having this fun board breaking class that each student can bring one non-SSTKD buddy to join them in the class. Basic punching and kicking drills will be taught with the students and their buddies, then they get to break 3 boards each.

Participants must be ages 4 and above. No prior martial arts experience is necessary. Buddies must have parent sign a waiver at the school or can be filled out in advance. SSTKD t-shirt should be worn by the student and uniform pants, buddies may wear comfortable workout attire.

Registration fee is $15.00 which will include the class and the boards needed for breaking. Space is limited, so please don't wait to register.
