Stretch & Sound

A gentle, grounding class designed to help you slow down and reset under the full moon energy. Simple yoga postures and slow stretches will ease tension in the body, then we will finish with a guided meditation and a deeply restorative sound bath. A soothing blend of movement and stillness, perfect for releasing and rebalancing as the moon reaches its peak.
