What is Breathwork?
Breathwork can be described as a deeply meditative practice accessed through intentional, active, and repetitive breathing. It allows us to move beyond the busy mind and into deeper layers of awareness, healing, and release.
What to Expect in a Breathwork Session:
We’ll begin by gently walking through the breathwork process together. From there, we’ll engage in light somatic movement to prepare the body and a few short practice rounds to ease into the technique.
Once everyone feels ready, we’ll transition into the core practice: 30 minutes of active breathing while lying down, accompanied by immersive, rhythmic music to support the journey. During your time in active breath a facilitator will be walking around clearing and moving energy and supporting you through the process. Afterward, the breath naturally returns to its own rhythm, leading you seamlessly into a 30-minute sound bath for integration, relaxation, and restoration.
