Curious about yoga but not sure where to start? Join us for Yoga 101, a gentle and welcoming class designed especially for beginners, those returning to their practice, or anyone who simply wants a good stretch after a long break.

Led by Dana Humphrey, this class will introduce you to the foundations of yoga in a supportive, stress-free environment. All materials are provided—including mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets—so you can simply show up and enjoy.

This is a donation-based class, making it accessible to all. Come as you are, leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and open.
