Discover what makes a great espresso shot in this hands-on, beginner-friendly class. In just one hour, you’ll learn the foundational skills every home barista needs to brew café-quality espresso.

In this class, we’ll cover:

◾️ Understanding espresso: dose, yield, time, and grind size
◾️ How to dial in a shot step-by-step
◾️ Proper tamping technique and workflow
◾️ Machine basics: pressure, temperature, and cleanliness
◾️ How to taste espresso and identify sweetness, balance, and extraction

You’ll spend most of the session at the machine practicing real pulls with guided instruction. Whether you’ve never touched an espresso machine before or you’re looking to sharpen your skills, this class gives you the confidence to create better shots at home.
