Mindful Threads is a 6-week creative sewing and textiles series designed to support wellbeing through mindful making. Across six themed workshops, you’ll explore techniques such as embroidery, fabric printing, macrame, textile collage, and charm-making, all using sustainable materials.

Each session provides a calm, welcoming space to learn new skills, connect with others, and enjoy time for creativity and self-care.

Pricing: £10 per session
