Join us for a series of classes with James Baskerville, where you will explore simple, time-honoured Buddhist teachings designed to help you let go of unnecessary stress and face life’s challenges, large and small, with openness, flexibility, and a lighter touch.

Each class stands on its own, so feel free to drop in anytime. We recommend attending the full series if you can, but you’re always welcome to join individual sessions. Suitable for complete beginners and experienced meditators.
