Grounding with Earth Tones Through Sound

This group sound healing evening offers you time to get out of the human “race” and become a human “Be-ing” again. Some research suggests that because humans evolved in the 7.83Hz of the Schumann resonance, the global electromagnetic field that acts as the Earth’s “heartbeat”, our nervous system is attuned to it. There is also new research that shows that we experience benefits both physically and emotionally from earthing practices. Lower pitched musical instruments, grounding stones, tuning forks and guided earthing practice will create the opportunity for you to consciously reconnect with the earth’s frequency of 7.83hz, and rest in the Earth’s heartbeat. Group size limited to 3 to 8 participants.
