Grounding & Stability Practice

Are there days when you just wish the world would stop so you could breathe? Just put your feet up and rest for a minute without the waves of the world constantly crashing in? Grounding as the practice of stability does NOT mean that we are free of situations that are difficult, hurtful and draining. It doesn’t mean that we won’t still experience chaotic, challenging times or that your life will magically become problem free. It means that we finally have real tools that, when used, bring us into a more grounded state of being, a firmness, a base from which to operate when life hands you that ‘curve ball’. You will learn the practices of centeredness, commitment, and ways to find stability in day-to-day life.
