We’re excited to welcome Symoné to takeover the September 2025 installment of our Createch: meet-up;
A low-tech, welcoming, and accessible session, designed particularly for LGBTQIA+ and POC creatives or anyone who has felt like games aren't made for them.
Symoné is an interdisciplinary artist, live art director, and digital creator working at the intersection of circus/dance and game technologies. Using their background in live art, movement performance directing and storytelling, they’ll insight discussion and invite you to question:
👾What is play?
👾What is a game?
As well as guiding you through low-tech, practical, hands-on activities, create your own paper-based narrative prototypes, to show you how to make an idea playable without needing prior technical experience.
