Breath & Movement with Drumbeat Relaxation

A very special evening for Amazing Space clients to experience how gentle mindful yoga and Yoga nidra , a deep powerful relaxation technique, with a drum, may be used for easy, everyday healthcare to compliment our wellbeing as a gentle self-care practice.

Mindful movement and breathing - the cornerstone of yogic practice, is used to safely explore, through experiential learning, from the ancient wisdom of yoga and other indiginous teachings in this 1.5hr session that will include some verbal teachings, movements and postures, breathing techniques and deep relaxation with a drum.

Classes suitable for everyone and all abilities, beginners welcome.
Mats, blocks and blankets available to borrow, however please do bring your own.
